            Delegate Pushkin moves to amend HB2184 on page 3, Section 10b, line 65, by striking out the period and inserting a colon and the following: “Provided, That the provisions of this subsection do not apply to those persons immune from prosecution pursuant to §16-47-4 of the code.”
